Diving Bear

Ashevak Adla (born 1977) has been sculpting since the age of 11. He was the apprentice of master sculptor Nuna Parr (1949 – 2026) a pioneer of Inuit Art now exhibited in national museum collections. For decades, Adla refined his style and became the current #1 polar bear sculptor in Canada. We are proud to exhibit his most recent works at the Brousseau Inuit Art Gallery.
